Thanks to the Welcome Back Fund we were able to host a Wicker Lantern making workshop with Artist Chris Nixon. The session was arranged with us by Blystra Arts – Thank you so much for all you hard work.
Our young artists took to the material really well and elaborate and detailed lanterns and decorations were created, so much so we ran out of time!
Some of the pieces were so big they had to be worked on, on the ground.
